1. Who we are

Click Improve is a trading name of Prixtige Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14262525.

Click Improve ("we", "us", "our") is the operator of an AI-powered growth system for home improvement contractors — including roofers, HVAC businesses, solar installers and general contractors — helping them generate and book qualified leads through Facebook advertising, AI-powered lead follow-up, and automated booking systems.

We operate primarily in the United Kingdom and United States. Our contact details:

  • Registered office: 131 Friargate, Preston, England, PR1 2EF
  • Email: akin@clickimprove.com
  • Phone: +1 305 985 4837
  • Website: clickimprove.com

We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we use it. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

2. What information we collect and why

We collect personal information in the following ways:

Information you provide directly

  • Name and contact details — first name, last name, email address, phone number — collected when you submit a form on our website or landing pages.
  • Business information — your trade type (e.g. roofing, HVAC, solar), monthly turnover range, current advertising spend, and location — collected to assess whether our service is suitable for you.
  • Conversation data — if you interact with our AI booking assistant via SMS or phone, those conversations are stored.
  • Appointment information — date, time and details of any consultations or strategy calls you book.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited on our website.
  • Cookie and tracking data — if you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel records that you visited a page, unlocked the walkthrough or booked a call, so we can measure how our ads perform. If you reject, none of this is collected.

3. Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR)

We only process your personal data where we have a lawful basis to do so. The legal bases we rely on are:

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share your data with the following trusted service providers, solely to deliver our services:

Third partyPurposeLocation
HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel)CRM, automation, SMS, email and booking systemUSA
Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram)Advertising campaign management, and the Meta Pixel — which only runs if you accept cookiesUSA
Google LLCWeb fonts. Loading a font sends your IP address to Google; we do not use Google AnalyticsUSA

Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).

We may also disclose your personal data to law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Click Improve or others.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use very little. Here is everything:

  • Essential storage — your cookie choice is saved in your browser so we do not ask again on every page. Nothing about you is sent to us when it is saved.
  • Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) — set by Meta Platforms, and only after you press Accept. They record that a browser visited a page, unlocked the walkthrough or booked a call, together with your trade, turnover band and who answers your enquiries. They never carry your name, email address or phone number.

We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics product.

Nothing is set before you choose. Until you press Accept, no advertising cookie is placed and no request is made to Meta. If you press Reject, none is ever placed.

To change your mind, press Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. That clears your choice and asks again, so you can switch from accept to reject or the other way round at any time.

7. How long we keep your data

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfil the purposes described in this policy. Our standard retention periods are:

  • Enquiry data (name, contact, business info): up to 3 years from last contact
  • Client data: for the duration of the contract, plus 3 years after termination
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
  • Advertising cookie data: held by Meta under their own retention rules, and only if you accepted cookies

After the relevant retention period, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — request that inaccurate or incomplete data is corrected
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to restrict processing — request that we limit how we use your data
  • Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing
  • Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

To exercise any of these rights, please email us at akin@clickimprove.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
